Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 10 eggs, separated
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c confectioner’s sugar
• 1/2 c choc chips, partly melted

Preparation

Step 1

Whip whites and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix yolks and add yolks to whites. Add peanut butter, confectioner’s sugar, chocolate chip. Pour into 2 crusts.
