These are made with an old antique iron flower pattern that you fry in oil and fill middle with Strawberry Preserves...This is a 60 year old Polish Recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 Eggs slightly beaten
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 cup Milk
• Flour added till makes like Pancake Batter texture
• Pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Sift your flour and salt.Then beat all to a heavy cream or pancake batter consistency.Dip Iron in Oil but be sure not to go over the top of the design or it wont come off the iron when fried.When you get them off iron cool on cotton towels and then fill with strawberry preserves and cover with powdered sugar.
