Tomatoes with Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 9 oz mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Whole Basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground White Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Wash tomatoes, remove the cores and slice. Slice mozzarella and arrange in a scale like pattern on a serving dish. Using a whisk beat the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground white pepper and poor over the tomatoes and mozzarella. Garnish with basil. Serve with toasted white bread.
