Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado per person, peeled, sliced, mashed. Cut out all bruised areas. Make sure it smells good and is a "fresh" light-green and not yellow-green.
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Pace Medium Picante Sauce
  • 10 Sprigs fresh Cilantro, washed sorted, chopped.

Preparation

Step 1

Mash everything together. Make and serve immediately. If you have to serve it later, add 1 tsp of fresh lemon or lime juice to keep from turning brown, and cover in an airtight container and refrigerate.
