- 1/2 cup corn kernels, popped (about 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (I used dark)
- 7 large (or 45 mini) marshmallows
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows until completely melted, stirring to combine.
Pour over popped corn and stir well to combine. Add coconut flakes and stir until fully incorporated.
