Becky's Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops, medium thickness
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. Corn Flake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Dip chops in beaten egg and coat with Corn Flake Crumbs. Brown both sides of chop in hot oil (4 min. each side) in electric fry pan until golden brown. Drain oil if any remaining, add water and simmer in covered for 3 1/2-4 hours. You can use thin or thick chops.
