Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic, cook and stir until it starts to brown - about 3 minutes. Add remaining butter and reduce heat to low. Stir to melt butter , lemon juice, pepper and cilantro. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
