Snickerdoodle inspired, this fried popper recipes uses pre-packed biscuit dough, simplifying the process. Crispy fried balls of dough are rolled in cinnamon sugar and filled with a vanilla pudding surprise!
- 1 can Grands Flaky Layers Biscuits
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- Oil for frying
- A flavor injector

* Heat about 2 inches of oil in medium pan to 350.
* Unroll the biscuits and cut them into fourths.
Roll them into balls.
Prepare the pudding according to package directions and set aside.
Place 4 balls at a time into oil and fry until both sides are evenly golden.
Remove poppers from oil and coat the poppers in the cinnamon sugar.
Inject each popper with some of the pudding. Enjoy!
