    lbs. chicken breast-skinless and cubed

    tsp kosher salt

  • tsps. chili powder

  • tsps onion powder

  • 2

    tsps. garlic powder

  • 3

    fresh red cayenne peppers-optional

    tbsps. butter, divided

    cups heavy cream


mix the seasonings in a small bowl. rub the mixture on the chicken pieces to coat them well. heat 2 tbsps. of butter in large skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken on both sides about 2 minutes per side. Add the cream to the skillet and turn the heat to med-low, simmer until the chicken is done, stirring the sauce occasionally and flipping the chicken over halfway through the cooking time.When the chicken is done, and the sauce has reduced and thickened, add the remaining 2 tbsps. of butter. Once butter has melted, stir it into the sauce. Serve chicken topped with the sauce and 3 fresh red cayenne peppers to decorate.
