Chicken Cottage Casserole

This is a very filling casserole.I make it with a side salad and some french bread.

Ingredients
- 12 oz Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 - cups Tomato Bail Sauce ( use good brand)
- 1 container Cottage Cheese ( small curd)
- 1 - 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Chives
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onion(cook till limp in marg. not fried)

Step 1
Cook Pasta and drain well.Heat Oven to 350..Grease Casserole Glass Dish .Mix Pasta sauce with the Cottage Cheese ,Sour Cream,Chives,Salt & Pepper and your cooked onion.Mix in the cheese saving a 1/2 cup to sprinkle now on top.Cover with buttered Foil and cook for 35 minutes.Then remove foil and cook another 20 minutes.
