Lori's Chocolate Glaze

This is a smooth very fudgey glaze that makes your cakes look fancy and the taste is unbelievable.If made right your cake will look like a coat of chocolate glass.

Ingredients

• 4 -Tablsp.good brand Cocoa
• 2 Tablsp. plus 4-tsp Warm Water
• 2 Tablsp. Veg.Oil
• 2 Tablsp.Corn Syrup
• 2 cups sifted Powdered Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook everything but the Powdered Sugar in a very small pot.You just heat it till super smooth.DO NOT BOIL THIS!!!Then remove from heat..

Then add the 2 cups of sifted Powdered Sugar slowly and stir till super smooth NO LUMPS!!

You can add a little more water if to thick or a little more powdered sugar if to thin.

Put this glaze when your cake is just a tad warm.Put the glaze all in the middle of the top and take a spoon and work it to the edges so it drips down the sides and middle.If made right it should stop halfway down and harden.
