- 1 - Tablsp. Butter melted
- 1 Tablsp. Oil
- 4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts (skinless
- )
- 1/2 cup Flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Apricot Preserves
- 1 -Tablsp.Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 Tablsp. Slivered Almonds

Step 1
Place the butter and oil in a Large glass Baking Dish...Dredge the chicken in flour with some salt and pepper added and shake it over each piece well.Place chicken in single layer in a glass buttered casserole dish.Mix the rest of ingredients except almonds.Then cover the top with the almonds. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
