- Marcarpone Cheese 1lb at room temp
- Dark Chocolate Chips 8oz
- Vanilla 1 Tbsp
- Heavy Cream 1/2 cup
- Stevia 1 Tbsp or to taste
- Salt pinch

Step 1
Bring cheese to room temp. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add vanilla and cream
while whisking.
In Mixer, mix cheese until smooth and add other ingredients until well mixed. Chill
Serve with fresh berries and bacon (perservative free, turkey )
