Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dash of paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil with vinegar in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture over shredded cabbage, toss and refrigerate. Made a day ahead, the flavors have a chance to blend.
