These are made with your leftover mashed potatoes. My grandma made these and with melted butter and breadcrumbs it makes a whole new side dish...

Grandma's Finger Dumplings 0 Picture


  • 1-cup Flour
  • 1-cup Cold Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 -Egg (beaten well)



Step 1

Mix this all well with a fork and roll into finger shapes and drop into boiling water for 5-8 minutes.When done melt lots of butter over the dumplings and sprinkle with some plain breadcrumbs.Try making your own breadcrumbs those are even better.
