Bacon and Egg Casserole

  • 6 Slices White Bread
  • 12 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sasuce
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 lb. Cooked Bacon, Ham or Sausage
  • 1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • Crushed Potato Chips



Step 1

Arrange bread slices in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Add salt and cooked meat and mix well. Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle cheese over top. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking sprinkle crushed potato chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
