Ingredients

  • 2 c. unpeeled diced rhubarb
  • 2 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1 1/4 to 2 c. sugar
  • 1 T. butter
  • water

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2T cornstarch with ¼ c. water until very smooth.
Add 2/3 to 1 c. sugar
Let stand 15 minutes then proceed with pie
Add butter

Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then
Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
