Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 whole onion
- 1 cup corn
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 TBL garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 small can v-8 juice
- 1 can diced or stewed tomatoes
- 4-6 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cans black beans
- 1 can cilantro-lime refried beans
- cilantro
- cumin powder
- chili powder
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Saute all veges in olive oil
Add spices and saute a few more minutes
Add liquids and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add refried beans and stir in and heat.
Just before serving, chop cilantro and add, along with fresh lime juice.
Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
