Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 300 ml vegetable oil
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 3 tbsp minced dill pickles
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and finely chopped
- hot sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- lemon juice to taste

Step 1
Combine egg yolk, lemon juice and mustard in medium bowl. Whisk in vegetable oil in a slow steady stream. Fold in shallot, pickles, chives, capers and parsley. Season to taste with hot sauce, salt and pepper
