Ingredients

  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 3 tbsp warm water
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 1 1/4 cups sifted flour
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Combine yeast and warm water in a bowl. Let stand for about a minute at room temperature until yeast foamy. Add beer and the sifted flour. Mix should resemble pancake batter. Add addtional flour or water if necessary
