Garlic Dipping Sauce

A Sweet garlic sauce that is excellent for eggrolls, wontons or a base for meats, chicken

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 tsp soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook garlic in oil till fragrant, add stock, soy, sugar, pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, add vinegar and cook 1 minute. Stir in cornstarch mixture. Serve warm
