    can whole kernel corn

    - (4,4) envelope Spanish rice mix

    ounce (1-1/2 cups)shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Add water, tomatoes, corn and rice mix; mix well. Reduced heat to low; cover cool 10-15 minutes or until rice tender. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese melted. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
