Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

A creamy and delicious frosting that is absolutely heavenly! It is made with fresh raspberries and the flavor is wonderful!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup raspberries, chopped and gently squeezed or pressed to drain some of the juice out
Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine cream butter.
Add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt and mix until smooth.
Make sure raspberries are do not have any extra juice. I use a paper towel to press out the excess juice. Add raspberries and blend until smooth.
