• 3 fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 medium onion, finely diced
• 5 cilantro leaves, fined diced
• 2 Limes
• Quesadillas:
• 2 chicken breasts, cubed
• 1/2 package taco seasoning mix
• 1 1/2 cups jarred chunky mild salsa
• 1 (8 oz). block cream cheese
• Salt
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
• 10 fajita-style flour tortillas
• Serve with:
• Lettuce
• Guacamole
• Sour Cream
• Refried Beans
