Ingredients
- 4 sheets foil, prepared as above
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lb.), cut in /2-inch strips
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
- Hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Add chicken and vegetables; toss until evenly coated.
Center one-fourth of chicken mixture on each sheet of foil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
Grill 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill. Serve over rice. Note: If your grill has a side burner prepare the rice while packets are grilling.
