Pecan Maple Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 lb. thick bacon
- 1/4 pure maple syrup
- 1/4 c finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Place wire rack in foil lined 15x10" baking pan. Arrange bacon on rack, tucking under overhanging ends. Bake 10 minutes.
Generously brush bacon with syrup and sprinkle with pecans and 1 t cracked black pepper. Bake 20 minutes or until browned.
