Ingredients

  • 2 cans yellow kernel corn, drained OR 1 16-oz bag frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced and chopped
  • 1/2 purple onion, chopped fine
  • chopped jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 small bag real bacon bits - or can cook/dice your own
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 ounces of chili cheese flavor Frito corn chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all the ingredients except the chips.

2. Add the chips in before serving otherwise the chips will get soggy.
