Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork loin roast
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut pork into two. Mix flour, mustard, onion in a large bag. Shake to coat each piece.
2. Heat oil in pan and brown each piece of tenderloin.
3. Move to slowcooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
4. Transfer juices to saucepan and mix in cornstarch and water. Bring to boil stirring until thickened.
