Ingredients
- 7-9 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients for marinade together in a large bowl. In a zip-lock bag add the chicken and make sure that every piece is covered evenly. Marinate in a fridge for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours or overnight.
