  • Sauce:
  • Sliced pineapple
  • Red Pepper, cut into rings
  • Tomato
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 3 c pineapple juice
  • 2 T ketchup
  • Ginger
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 T water

Preparation

Step 1

Fry Cutlets in Kellogg’s. Place sliced pineapple, peppers, and tomato in pan. Bring ingredients of sauce to a boil. Pour cornstarch into pot. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 20 min covered and 20 min uncovered.
