Ingredients
- Topping:
- 4 chickens
- 1 head garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 c apricots
- 1/2 c olives
- 6 bay leaves
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c white wine
- 1/4 c parsley

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of all ingredients. Top with brown sugar, white wine, and parsley.
