- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 10 oz can RotelRotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (mild)
- 16 oz velveeta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large no -stick pan brown sausage & cook thoroughly. Drain excess grease
2. Add in RotelRotel and velveeta cheese, stir until melted over medium-low heat
3. Add to crock pot to keep warm or serve immediately
4. Serve with tortilla chip
