Ingredients

• Garnish:
• 4 T butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 med onion
• 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
• 2/3 c half & half
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 t chili powder
• 4 c corn (fresh cut is really good)(frozen works too)
• cilantro
• crumbed bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, saute garlic & onion. When done to preference add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Put on garnish.
