Ingredients
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 c flour
- 2/3 c coconut
- 2 c dates
- 1 c raisins
- 3/4 c oil
- 1/4 c fruit juice
- 1 1/2 c mashed banana
- (3 large or use 1/2 apple sause)
- 1 t vanilla

Step 1
Put into bowl in order indicated.
Mix well, Spread into greased 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 deg for 20 min
Remove from oven and cut into squares
