Ingredients

  • 1

    cup white vinegar

  • ¼

    cup olive oil

  • TBSP red wine vinegar

  • ¾

    cup sugar or 5 Truvia Packets

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Vegetables of choice:

  • broccoli

  • red onion

  • cucumbers

  • zucchini

  • grape tomatoes

  • celery

  • cauliflower

  • yellow pepper

Directions

Mix first five ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in refrigerator
