    egg

  • 1

    egg white

  • salt & pepper

  • 2

    taco shells

  • Toppings: shredded cheese, tomatoes, olives, salsa, sour cream, avocado

Directions

Instructions •Heat a non-stick sprayed skillet over medium heat. Whisk egg, egg white, salt and pepper in a small bowl, then scramble in the hot skillet. •Warm taco shells in oven according to package directions. Place scrambled eggs in the warm taco shells and top with desired toppings.
