Mixed Berry Jam (made in AZ)

Equals 9 cups of mashed berries:
6 - 6 oz. containers of berries (blackberry, raspberry & blueberry)
1 large container of strawberries
2017 MADE ALL RASPBERRY WITH JALAPENOS (3 CUPS RASPBERRIES + 1 CUP JALAPENO)

Ingredients

  • Makes 6 - 8 oz. jelly jars:
  • 4 cups mashed berries
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. RealFruit Classic Pectin
  • 3 cups sugar
  • Makes 4 - 8 oz. jelly jars
  • 2 2/3 cups mashed berries
  • 3 Tbsp. RealFruit Classic Pectin
  • 2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine berries in an 8 qt. saucepan. Gradually stir in pectin. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil that can not be stirred down, over high heat, stirring constantly.

Add entire measure of sugar, stirring tyo dissolve. Return mixture to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skin foam, if necessary.

Ladle into hot jars. Wipe rims, center lids on jars and apply bands.

Process in a hot water canner for 10 minutes.
