Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper if you like
Preparation
Step 1
Beat together the eggs and the milk. Heat the butter over low to medium temperature in a skillet. When the butter has melted add the beaten eggs. With a spatula gently run the spatula through the eggs pulling back the cooked portion. Do this until the eggs have become solid. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
