Ingredients

    lb frozen hash browns 3 cu[s defrosted

    s;ices bacon

    T olive oil

    onion chopped

  • 3

    eggs

  • ½

    cups sour cream

  • ½

    cu[s hevy cream

  • ¼

    cups gruyere or swiss cheese

  • ¼

    cups chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Heat oven to 5400 degrees put hah browns cheese cloth and squeeze out moisture as much as possible. In a 9 inch pie pan mix butter, hash browns, salt and pepper and press into the bottom and sides of pan and bake for 30 minutes or golden brown.reduce het till 350. Cook bacon and put on paper towel. put oil in pan and heat till warm and add onion and cook for 6 minutes then in a large bowl beat eggs, sour cream and heavy cream, adding the salt and pepper and then add bacon,cheese and parsley. Spoon the mixture over the trust and bake 20 to 25 minutes and let set for 10 minutes.
