Cookies in clouds

Ingredients

• 6 (1oz) envelopes Swiss miss milk chocolate coca mix
• 1/3 c hot water
• 4 (3.5 oz cups) Swiss miss or hunts snack pack vanilla pudding
• 16 oz softened cream cheese
• 1/2 c powdered sugar
• Shortbread or vanilla sandwich cookies
• Reddi-whip real whipped cream
• Chocolate shavings

Preparation

Step 1

In blender or food processor, whip together Swiss miss coca mix and water until well blended and thickened, set aside. In large bowl, cream together pudding, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until mixture is creamy and smooth . Place cookies inside 6 soufflé glasses then layer with equal amounts of coca and cream cheese mixtures, chill 15 min. Before serving, garnish with reddi-whip and chocolate.
