Loose meat sandwich that is great. Leftovers can be frozen for another time or used for tacos or spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 (1oz) envelope of dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 (10.5oz) can condensed french onion soup
  • 8 hamburger buns

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in skillet over med heat. Crumble well as it cooks. When browned, drain off grease. Stir in other ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hrs.

You can also transfer meat mixture to a crock pot and continue cooking for 2-3 hours.

Serve on hamburger buns.
