Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 9 cups chicken stock
  • 2-3 chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces
  • 3 parsnips
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 med. onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. Oregon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat chicken stock to boiling
Add remainder ingredients and cook x 20-30 mins.
