Ingredients
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. diced celery
- 2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. diced cooked ham
- 2 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/16 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. parsley

Servings 6
Preparation
Step 1
Cook first six ingredients together until potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaf. Add remaining ingredients except parsley and reheat until cheese melts.
Serve very hot.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
