Ingredients

    bay leaf

  • 2

    tbsp. butter

  • 1/2

    c. chopped onion

  • 1/3

    c. diced celery

  • 2

    c. diced raw potatoes

  • 2

    c. boiling water

  • 1

    c. diced cooked ham

  • 2

    c. creamed corn

  • 1

    c. canned tomatoes

  • 2

    tsp. salt

  • 1/16

    tsp. pepper

  • 1/2

    c. grated cheddar cheese

  • 1

    tbsp. parsley

Directions

Cook first six ingredients together until potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaf. Add remaining ingredients except parsley and reheat until cheese melts. Serve very hot. Sprinkle parsley on top.
