Ingredients
- 19 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/2 350 g. pkg. scalloped potatoes (2 1/2 c. potato slices and 1 pkg. sauce mix)
- 3 1/2 c.chicken broth or water
- 2 lg. celery stalks, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey,
- cubed
- 1 c. frozen green peas

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan break up tomatoes. Stir in potato slices, sauce mix, broth, celery, carrots, green pepper and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cooked poultry and frozen peas. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
