Ingredients
- 4 cups rice leftover cooked , a sticky rice like short grain brown works best
- 4 cups apples finely chopped
- 2 cups non-dairy milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon Apple Pie Spice (or cinnamon)
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla alcohol free
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup golden raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Cook on manual at high pressure for 5 minutes. When time is up, quick release the pressure.
Serve and enjoy! This is delicious served hot, warm or cold and is a delicious replacement for your usual oatmeal.
