Perogies Casserole

Perogies Casserole is quick and easy to make -- perfect to make ahead and pop in the oven when you get home. Serve with a green salad.

Ingredients
- 16 - 20 frozen perogies, I use Cheemo brand
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter, saute onions, red pepper and mushrooms.
In a medium casserole dish, combine perogies, onion, pepper and ham. Mix milk and soup in a separate dish. Pour over casserole.
Top with bacon bits and shredded cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
