Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 c vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 stick butter,melted
- Filling:
- 4 bananas, diced
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 12 oz cool whip
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding(5.1oz)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs and melted butter. Spread 1/2 in springform pan lightly sprayed with Pam
Combine bananas and lemon juice. Mix and drain.
Mix cool whip, sour cream and pudding with electric mixer until smooth.
Add drained bananas.
Pour 1/2 over crust.
Repeat second layers.Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Top with nuts or berries if desired.
