Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 stick celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 c breadcrumbs
- 1 16 oz can T sauce
- !/3 t sauce
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 1 T soy sauce
- 3 T sugar
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Chop celery, onion and garlic very fine. Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 t sauce.
Place in meat loaf pan
Mix topping heat and spread 1/2 over meatloaf
/bake at 325 for 45 minutes
Remove from oven and drain grease
Spread remaining sauce and bake 30 more minutes
Allow to sit for 10 minutes
