Ingredients
- 500 g. ground beef
- 6 plum tomatoes
- 6 Saure Gurke (or 2 kosher dills)
- 1 c. pickled habenero, jalapeno, cauliflower, carrot mix
- 1 zucchini
- 3 T. tomato paste
- gnocchi
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
2. Dice up the tomatoes, pickles, and zucchini and add them and the tomato paste to the skillet. Cook over medium until the sauce is reduced.
3. Serve with gnocchi.
